2. Description of Services
ReGainity provides wellness-focused coaching and pain support services, primarily delivered through virtual channels such as Zoom or similar platforms. These services are educational and wellness-oriented in nature. They are not medical services and must not be treated as a replacement for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified medical professional regarding any health concerns.
Our coaches may not hold healthcare licenses in your state, country, or jurisdiction. All guidance provided during sessions is intended for general wellness education only and does not qualify as medical care, physical therapy, or licensed clinical treatment.
ReGainity is not a medical organization and is not owned or operated by licensed physicians, physical therapists, or other regulated healthcare providers in any jurisdiction, including any U.S. state. Even where individual coaches may hold credentials locally, those credentials do not authorize them to deliver regulated medical treatment in your location.
If you have medical questions or symptoms, you should contact a licensed healthcare provider in your area without delay.
By participating in our Services, you acknowledge and accept that you do so at your own risk. You agree to release ReGainity from liability for any injuries, damages, losses, or outcomes — including severe outcomes — that may occur directly or indirectly in connection with the Services or any guidance given during sessions.
Any nutrition or wellness guidance provided through ReGainity is also general in nature and may come from professionals not licensed in your jurisdiction. Such guidance is not a substitute for regulated nutritional or medical advice.
2.1 Meaning of Pain Coaching
Pain Coaching is a wellness support approach designed to help individuals improve daily function and overall well-being in relation to pain. It may include:
Supportive Guidance: Emotional and motivational support related to coping with pain
Educational Input: General wellness education, habit guidance, and lifestyle suggestions
Exercise Direction: Personalized movement and exercise recommendations for general wellness — not medical rehabilitation or therapy
Goal Planning: Assistance with setting realistic wellness and lifestyle goals
Pain Coaching is meant to support and empower personal wellness efforts. It does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Clients are encouraged to seek licensed medical care when needed.
